• Notes

  Arrived on "The Good Intent" in Chas.,South Carolina, in 1734. They were residents of Ireland in 1695 and came from the area of Knockbracken, in the Parish of Drombo, County of Down. In 1734 they boarded the ship on 14th of Sep and had to wait 14 days at the Lough of Belfast. After two days at sea, Janet died and was placed overboard. He was a direct descendant of John Knox.
