Born in Sumter, he was a son of Cynthia Carol Davis Outlaw and the late James Leo Outlaw. He was a member of Bethune Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife; his mother; three children, Brianna Rose Outlaw, Isabella Ryanne Outlaw and Kaden James Outlaw; a brother, Timothy Outlaw (Vickie); a sister, Holly Outlaw (Rickey); grandmother, Carolyn Davis; two nieces, Skyler and Kirah; and a nephew, Hunter. He was preceded in death by a brother, Todd Outlaw. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Will Kline officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home and other times at 579 Rembert Church Road, Sumter.
