Freeman, 23, died on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia. Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of Sonny F. Freeman and the late Brenda Harbin Freeman. Miss Freeman was formerly employed by Chick-fil-A. Surviving are her father of Sumter; a daughter, Alana Freeman; a brother, Michael Freeman (Julie); three sisters, Patricia Bowen (Danny), Robin Parker (Larry) and April Riles (Lewis), all of Sumter; and numerous cousins. Private services will be held. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
