• Notes

  A possible father for Vivian is a J. H. T. Coulliette who is listed in the Manning Times, date 7 Feb 1900, as a hold-over Juror. (page 84, Abstracts from The Manning Times, Clarendon Co., SC, by Ken Schmidt> There are other Coulliette's that seem to be mixed in with the Cochrans. These names are found in the Andrews Chapel Church & Cemetery, outside of Silver, Clarendon Co., SC. Also, inn the same rows of tombstones is a Charlton Truesdale Cochran (b. Dec. 13, 1933, d. Apr. 1 1935). I beleive this Cochran is the son of one of the Coulliette's listed in this cemetery. There were at least two Coulliette women who married Cochran men, Vivian and Sara.
