Born in Darlington County, she was a daughter of the late Parrott Willis Bell and the late Mary Kate Bundy Bell. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include five children, Libby Faulling, Katherine Faulling, Everett Faulling (Elaine), Tim Faulling (Mandy) and Jane Faulling Moses, all of Sumter; four grandchildren, Rett Faulling (Tonia), Brook Aycock (Patrick), Tee Faulling and Sonny Geddings (Susan); four great-grandchildren, Tillman Aycock, Tony Geddings, Zach Geddings and Katilynn Geddings; a sister, Mary Lou Mitchell (Earl) of Missouri; two brothers, Cecil Bell of Camp Long Ridge and Danny Bell (Carolyn) of Raleigh, N.C.; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Gene Faulling; an infant daughter; two sisters; and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Steve Shumake, the Rev. Earl Mitchell and the Rev. Randy Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home. Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 219 W. Calhoun St., Sumter, SC 29150 or to a charity of one’s choice. The family would like to express a special thanks to Tuomey Hospice and the Tuomey Telemetry Floor nursing staff.
