She graduated from Clarendon Hall and the University of South Carolina in Columbia with a bachelor of science in nursing and the Medical University of South Carolina with a master of science in nursing and a doctor of nursing practice. She is employed as a family nurse practitioner with Colonial Family Practice in Manning. The bridegroom is the son of Dr. Gaye Moore Douglas of Hemingway and Mr. Ronald Dale Douglas of Johnsonville, and the grandson of Mrs. George Ballard Douglas and the late Mr. Douglas of Johnsonville and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Russell Moore of Hemingway. He graduated from Johnsonville High School and Francis Marion University with a bachelor of science in biology. He is employed as a South Carolina Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Officer in Clarendon County. The Rev. Dr. Charles Jarred Hammet and the Rev. Josephine Cutchin Holler officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Mrs. Sherry Martin Stewart, soloist; Mrs. Hugh Toland Stoddard, organist; Mrs. David Decker, violinist; and Dr. Tony Roebuck, trumpeter. Escorted by her father, the bride wore a gown of French alencon lace featuring a custom lace V-neckline, a gathered cummerbund cinching the waist forming an hourglass silhouette, and a full A-line skirt pleated in front and back with covered buttons trailing down the back as a finishing touch. Caroline Elliott Stukes served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Sloan Batson, Sarah Marie Bedard, Beth DuBose Brewer, Trivette Hatcher Curtis, Madeline Crosby Ellison, Lindsay Briggs Furse, Cantey Martin Gibbons, Morgan Tomlinson Greer, Erica Jones Hodge, Sara Wilson Parker, Fawn Russell Pedalino, Brandee Cupp Stukes and Dixie DuBose Stukes. Junior bridesmaid was Elizabeth Carson Batten. Flower girls were Olivia James Halsey, Addison Bray McElveen and Ella Elizabeth Stukes. Justin Ronald Douglas served as best man.
