The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Paul Cromer III, the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Paul Cromer Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Peter James Flanagan and the great-granddaughter of the late Mrs. Florence Flanagan, all of Sumter. She attended the University of South Carolina. She is employed as an insurance agent for Creech Roddey Watson Insurance. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. Kenneth Franklin Waggoner Jr. of Sumter and Ms. Gabrielle McKeithan Waggoner of Wilmington, North Carolina, and the grandson of Mrs. Marie Walton McKeithan of Wilmington. He is employed as a driver by United Parcel Services. The Rev. Charles F. Walton Jr. officiated. Music was provided by Mrs. Floride McKoy, organist. Escorted by her father, the bride wore a crepe fit-and-flare sleeveless gown featuring a Sabrina neckline, a rhinestone and pearl belt, and an illusion back outlined with venice lace that also adorned the back hem and chapel-length train. Her stunning tulle cathedral-length veil was encrusted at the edge with rhinestones. She carried a bouquet of peonies, roses and larkspur. Hannah Walton Bordeaux served as maid of honor, with SaraLouise Cromer Josey, sister of the bride, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Katherine Lynch Coker, Kathleen Anne Kirlis, Mary Ann Koty, Emily Waggoner Miller, Addison Meredith McLeod, Emily Lauren Russell, Haley Noffz Waggoner and Caroline Waggoner Wolodkiewicz.
