| HIST | JABO SMITH Posted Friday, October 4, 2019 6:00 am DALZELL - William Harrington "Jabo" Smith III, 41, died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, at his home. Born Sept. 2, 1978, in Sumter, he was a son of the late William Harrington Smith II and Linda Fields Hutson. Survivors include his wife, Lacy Hall Smith; his father, Larry Hutson; four daughters, Brittany Smith, Madison Smith, Dakota Smith and Jada Smith; two grandchildren, Sophie and Malachi; a brother, Keith Edward Brown; two nephews, Blaze Brown and Jessie Brown; and a niece, Angel Brown. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Tommy McDonald officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home of his brother, 5360 Ray Lane, Dalzell. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Suite 110, Columbia, SC 29204.
