She was born April 17, 1967 in Darlington County and was the daughter of the late William Scottie Hatchell and Carolyn Jewel Gladen Hatchell. Elaine was a former textile employee and Kiswire in Newberry, SC. She is survived by her son, Shane Kimberlin (Reva) of Kinards; her granddaughter, Nevaeh Elise Kimberlin; her brother, William Scottie Hatchell, Jr.; and her sister, Carolyn Susie Hatchell (Curtis McMurtury) of Whitmire. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, David Hatchell. A Memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 4:30 PM at Freedom Baptist Church with Rev.
