- Died between 18 Mar 1767 when he made will and 23 Jan 1769 when it was first proved, Bruswick Co., Virginia. He was married but she died before 18 Mar 1767 (not mentioned in will). "Kinfolks" by William Curry Harllee p. 2472.
Imported a horse named Valient, from England in 1756. A rare thing at that time.
Will dated 18 MAR 1767. At a court held for Brunswick County, Virginia the 26th day of SEP 1769, this will proved by Alexander Watson & Edith Watson, two of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and John Maclin one of the executors therein named personally refusing Court to qualify as such and liberty reserved the other executor therein named to qualify when he shall think fit and at a Court held for the said County of Brunswick the 23rd day of JAN 1769 the said will was further proved by the oathes of Matthew Parham Jr. & Rebecca Parham and again ordered to be Recorded.
