Born on May 18, 1932, in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Junius Pittman Robinson Sr. and Effie Gertrude Mims Robinson. Mrs. Robbins was a member of Sumter First Pentecostal Holiness Church and was known to many as "Aunt Bea." Survivors include two sons, Charles Ray Robbins of Charleston and Robert Wayne Robbins Sr. (Lisa) of Dalzell; three sisters, Ardilla Grace Hallman, Eddie Lou Miriam Austin and Wanda Rodgers; two brothers, Timmy Patrick Robinson and Thomas Jefferson Robinson; four grandsons, Ray William Robbins, Shawn Franklin Robbins, Robert "Robbie" Wayne Robbins and Joseph "Joey" Henry Gainey III; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Nicole "Nikki" Olive (Nate); and two great-granddaughters, Dallas Robbins and Summerlee McCaskill. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Lee Robbins; a brother, Junius Pittman Robinson Jr.; and sisters, Sybil Lou Garnet, Norma Wesley Robinson and Mary Elneater Minnis. Services will be private.
