Born Aug. 28, 1962, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Charles Edward Hill Sr. and Eleanor Taylor Hill. Survivors include a brother, Gene Hill of Sumter; a sister, Barbara St. Clair (Mark) of Clermont, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister. A private burial will be in Sumter Cemetery. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements. [2] | |
