| HIST | Edna Virginia Fountain | Visit Guest Book COLUMBIA - Edna Virginia Weatherly Fountain, 89, formerly of the Cartersville Communty of Florence County left her earthly home at Forest Pines and entered into her eternal heavenly home with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, April 15, 2011. A graveside service will be Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cartersville Cemetery, Cartersville, SC. The family will speak to visitors at the cemetery after the service. Mrs. Fountain was born in Lee County, the daughter of the late Hannibal Lee Sr., and Rosa Lee Saverance Weatherly. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Edison Fountain. Surviving are her son, Eddie Fountain and his wife Beth, Columbia; granddaughter, Shann Fountain Culo and her husband Tom, San Francisco, CA; great- grandchildren, Noemi and Andre' Culo; three brothers, Bobby (Reecee) Weatherly, Lee (Connie) Weatherly all of Cartersville, Irby (Gayle) Weatherly, Timmonsville; a sister, Gwen (Edgar) Clements, Cartersville; She is preceded in death by a brother, Wib Weatherly and sister, Marjorie Truluck. Memorials may be made to Fair Hope Church, C/O Connie Weatherly, 213 S. Cartersville Hwy, Timmonsville, SC 29161. Layton-Anderson Funeral Home, 4210 W. Palmetto St., Florence, SC is assisting the family with arrangements.
