| HIST | of Sumter, South Carolina REVA FOX ALSBROOKS Posted Tuesday, October 6, 2020 6:00 am Reva Fox Alsbrooks, 82, widow of Dave Alsbrooks, died on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, at NHC Healthcare in Sumter. Born in Beattyville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Logan and Guthrie Brandenburg Fox. Surviving are two sons, Danny Alsbrooks of Pinewood and David Alsbrooks of Sumter; four daughters, Linda Duke (Don) of Sumter, Peggy Hardin (Sammy) of Wedgefield, Carol Jones (Farrell) of Sumter and Jennifer Thompson (Tony) of Myrtle Beach; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, Steve Alsbrooks (Shirley) of Sumter. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Pinewood Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. David Richardson officiating. Online condolences may be sent to www.sumterfunerals.com.
