Born in Pinewood, she was a daughter of the late Ben L. and Ethel V. McLeod. Miss McLeod was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She attended Pinewood School. Surviving are a sister, Caroline McLeod of Summerton. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Pinewood Cemetery with the Rev. Chris Moore officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service. Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 2401 Bethel Church Road, Sumter, SC 29154.
