He is survived by two sons, Nicholas Peter Daugherty of Summerton and David Lee Daugherty Jr. (Melissa) of Florence; a daughter, Andrea England Duke (Thomas Patton) of Westminster; two brothers, Charles M. "Chuck" Daugherty of Summerton and Paul S. Daugherty of McCormick; a grandson, Jack Riley Daugherty; and four granddaughters, Bonnie Ann, Mary Kathryn, Abby Rose and Lillibeth Duke.
