She was born in Fairmont, N.C., and was the daughter of the late Wayne McAdoo Bullock and Eunice Lewter Bullock and loved in Vero Beach for 15 years, coming from Ramrod Key. She worked for the Substance Awareness Council of Indian River County for 15 years and served as assistant director. Survivors include her sons, Patrick W. Norris and Michael A. Norris, both of Vero Beach, and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her sister, Patsy Bullock Raffield, and a brother, Mack Bullock. A memorial service will be held June 26, 2010 at 4 p.m. at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach, Fla. 32960. Family will receive friends one-hour prior to the service.
