Posted Thursday, July 17, 2025 11:27 am MANNING – William “Bill” Francis Lotwis Jr., 81, widower of Mary Corbett Lotwis, died Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at McLeod Health Clarendon.  Born July 20, 1943, in Morgantown, West Virginia, he was the son of the late William Francis Lotwis Sr. and the late Nellie Douglas Lotwis. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He loved to play golf and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.  He is survived by his daughter, Tracey Richburg (Allan) of Davis Station; two granddaughters, Dixie Thompson (Bryan) of Manning and Mari “Lib” Sumerel (Damien) of Greenwood; two great-grandsons, John Allan Thompson and William Craig Thompson; a great-granddaughter, Amelia Mae Sumerel; a sister, Betty Ackerman (Jim) of Morgantown, West Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bennie Barwick and the Rev. Dawson Price officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at Bethlehem United Methodist Church and other times at the residence, 5140 Silver Road, Manning.  Memorials may be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Gayle Brunson, 405 Sylvan Drive, Manning, SC 29102, or Cross Roads Bible Fellowship Church, P.O.
