MRS. JOSHUA KELLY
Heather Rae Cotton and Joshua Scott Kelly were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009, at San Souci Farms, Sumter.
The bride is the daughter of Janice Cotton and Richard Cotton, both of Sumter, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Sandra Cotton and the late Richard B. Cotton of Fort Worth, Texas, and Shirley Bryant of Sumter and the late Henry Ray. She graduated from Crestwood High School and the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science in biology. She is employed by Rite Aid Pharmacy.
The bridegroom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Don A. Kelly, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joe S. Kelly, and Mrs. Shirley Baker and the late John E. Bailey, all of Sumter. He graduated from Sumter High School and attended Central Carolina Technical College. He is employed by the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
Dr. Richard Blank officiated at the ceremony.
Music was provided by Maryann Lee, flutist.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown, beaded with lace, and featuring a sweetheart neckline and a sweep train. She carried a bouquet of assorted stargazers and roses.
Shannon Miller served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lyndsay Bailey, Stacie Whitfield, Kim Lee, Jennifer Ray and Kyndal Wiggins. Carson Ray and Abbigail Kelly served as flower girls.
Patrick Kelly served as best man. Groomsmen were D.J. Kelly, Michael Evans, Charlie Boykin, Cory Nelson and Michael Lee. Zachary Springs served as ring bearer.
The reception was held at San Souci Farms.
The bride's grandmother, Mrs. Cotton, held the rehearsal party at Yucatan Mexican Restaurant, Sumter.
Following a wedding trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple resides in Sumter. [3] |
