Born in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas James and Leila Sheppard Cutter. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include two children, Patsy Lowder (Will) and Mike Windham (Donna), both of Sumter; three adopted children, Angela, Lindsi and Matthew; five grandchildren, Tripp Lowder (Belinda), Christy Hall, Todd Lowder (Christy), Stacie Windham and Zay Robinson; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Joe Cutter of Manning. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Malcolm Windham. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Jordan United Methodist Church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Neil Beard, Charles McGee, Jackie Cutter, Larry Gainey, Bubba Tisdale and David Casselman. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home of her daughter, 30 Bridgepointe Drive. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Children Hospital, 950 W. Faris St., Greenville, SC 29605. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
