| HIST | of the home of Sumter, South Carolina Ethel Browder Ethel Browder, 87, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at a local nursing facility. Born in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late James W. and Odessa Coker Browder. She is survived by one brother, Cecil Browder (Marie) of Sumter; as well as one sister, Joann Carroll (Larry) of Dalzell. She was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Browder; and two sisters, Dorothy Chaffins and Nell Yates. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.
