FERNANDER Doris Lyles Fernander, age 74, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, July 28, 2010. She was a daughter of the late Clifford and Agnes Stokes Lyles. Doris had a busy life and loved raising her children. Surviving are two sons, Greg Fernander and Paul Fernander, both of Greenville; a daughter, Debrah Dyck of Arlington, Texas; brothers, Harold Lyles, Ken Lyles, Jerry Lyles and Bill Lyles, all of Sumter; and sisters, Sybil Gaskins of Melbourne, Fla., Carol Bradham of Ridgeland and Jean Redmond of Charleston. She was preceded in death by a son, Mike Fernander; a daughter, Brenda Fernander; and a brother, Cong Lyles. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Drew Choat officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Bullock Funeral Home.
