  HIST	of Eastover, South Carolina Patricia Roberts Lindler Patricia Roberts Lindler EASTOVER - Funeral service for Patricia Roberts Lindler, 67, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 12, 2013, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with interment in Old Richland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 631 Fork Church Road, Gadsden. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Lindler passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, after a short battle with cancer. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Harrison Rollins and Frances Maida Kell Roberts. She graduated from Lower Richland High School in 1963 and attended Columbia College. She also attended the University of South Carolina while working as an Administrative Assistant in their Department of Education. She supported her husband Gene while he was in the U.S. Navy by being an Ombudsman for the USS King DDG41. She also belonged to many groups and organizations over the years. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and sister who left a large legacy behind her to carry on her traditions. She is survived by her husband, Carroll "Gene" Lindler; her three boys and their wives, JR (Tina), Adam (Maggy), Daniel (Wanda); her six grandchildren, Jessica, JoAnna, Noah, Chase, Brycen and Luke; and her sister, Pam Roberts. A special thanks to South Carolina Oncology Associates and Richland Memorial Hospital for providing care during her illness.
