| HIST | LINDA C. TIMMONS Posted Wednesday, April 7, 2021 6:00 am DALZELL - Linda C. Timmons, 77, widow of Jimmy Andrew Timmons, died on Monday, April 5, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born on Nov. 11, 1943, in Tallahassee, Florida, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Everett Cunningham and Mildred Farley Cunningham. She was a member of Shepherd's Chapel and the Tennessee Walking Horse Association. Survivors include three children, Gary Timmons (Ruthie) of Colony Springs, North Carolina, Vickie T. Graham (Rusty) of Sumter and Julie T. Bettencourt (Tony) of Sumter; eight grandchildren, Sarah Foster (Ricky), Samantha Timmons, Matthew Timmons, Keltsey McCoy (Matt), Jennifer Ray (Thomas), Hannah Bettencourt, Philip Branham and Andrew Harris; seven great-grandchildren, Elleck Foster, Shelley Foster, Kelli Foster, Tyler Brown, Grayson Glasscock, Carter McCoy and Jaxon Ray; a brother, Clarence Everett "Bud" Cunningham Jr. of Seymour, Tennessee; and a sister, Brenda Kay Cunningham of Seymour. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements. [3] | |
