To son William Weeks 1 cow that is now in possesion of John Jay and also that note of hand that I have upon him for £5 stg. To grandsons John Weeks and Benjamin Weeks a tract of 200 acres lying on the Beaver Dam a branch of Little River in Larance County to be equally divided among them, John Weeks having the part with the dwelling house and cleared land Benjamin Weeks the other part. Paying to their sister Hanah Weeks and their nephew Clorata Weeks £10 stg. each. To grandson James Weeks tract of 100 acres lying on the waters of Kings Creek that I bought of John Adkins of Newberry County. To grandson John Weeks a 3 year old mare coult that is now in possesion of John Randle. To granddau. Hanah Weeks 1 year old mare colt now in possesion of Euclidas Longshore and a cow that is now in William Weeks possesion and 1 gownd patron to be bought by my executors and £10 stg. John Weeks to pay into hands of my executors to be paid to her when she marries or comes of age. To great grand daughter Charte Week 1 gown patron to be bought by my executor and £10 stg. to be paid by Benjamin Weeks into the hand of my executor to be paid her when she marries or comes of age.
