Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bay Branch Free Baptist Church cemetery, Timmonsville. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral Home. Mrs. Osborne was born in Florence County, a daughter of the late Lee F. and Margie Dawkins Benton. She was a member of Bay Branch Free Will Baptist Church. Mrs. Osborne was a member of the "Ha Ha Sisters" Red Hat Society. Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Eddie L. Osborne of Timmonsville; three daughters, Vanessa (Wade) Timmons of Lamar, Elizabeth Osborne and Angie (Alex) Hancock, all of Timmonsville; three brothers, Lionel (Bobbie) Benton of Sumter, Weldon Lee Benton of Cartersville community of Florence County and Ronnie Benton of Santee; and her five loving grandchildren, Joshua Howle, Benton Timmons, Christopher Osborne, Isabella Timmons and Emilee Hancock. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenny Benton; and a sister, Bonnie Windham. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Suite 108-B, Columbia, SC 29204.
