The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Johnson of Lynchburg, and the granddaughter of the late Mava G. Johnson, Mrs. Miriam Johnson and the late Robert J. Johnson, all of Lynchburg, and the late Douglas and Julia Driggers of Turbeville. She graduated from Hudgens Academy and Coker College. She is employed as an operations specialist by General Electric in Orlando, Fla. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Hatchell Sr. of Cheraw, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Hatchell and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Privette, all of Cheraw. He graduated from Cheraw High School and attended Coker College. He is employed as an installation specialist by Tricare Electric and as a front desk associate by Comfort Suites in Orlando. The Revs. Preston Grimsley and John Bauknight officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Sabra Keels, pianist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless, ivory satin gown adorned with sequin and pearl appliques. She carried a bouquet of calla lilies and roses. Michelle Johnson served as maid of honor, with Lisa Ard as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Angela Wilson, Rebecca Johnson, Heather McElveen, Michelle Andersen and Taylor Watts. Claudia Watts served as flower girl. The bridegroom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were Corbin Hatchell, Robbie Johnson, Ike Ard, Zach Smith, Will Rollins and Douglas Ard. William Ard served as ring bearer. The reception was given by the bride's parents at the church fellowship hall. The rehearsal party was given by the bridegroom's parents at the Pine Grove Gym.
