The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Drue Everette Spigner, and the granddaughter of Harry Lamar Spigner and the late Dellaney Derrenbacher Spigner and retired Lt. Col. and Mrs. Francis Xavier Doyle, all of Sumter. She graduated from Sumter High School and University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management and a minor in sociology. She is employed with Early Autism Project in the human resource department. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Philip Marlowe of Sumter, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Britton Moseley Jr. of Jenkinsville and Mrs. Reuben Bunyan Marlowe and the late Rev. Dr. Marlowe of Sumter. He graduated from Sumter High School and Francis Marion University with a bachelor's degree in education. He is employed by Sumter School District. The Rev. Lawrence R. Toburen III and the Rev. Jonathan D. Marlowe officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Mrs. Joanne Spigner, aunt of the bride, pianist; Evan Thompson, trumpeter; Mrs. Melissa Dawkins, cousin of the bride, flutist; Benjamin Gaertner, soloist; and Mrs. Colleen Spigner, aunt of the bride, and Casey Doyle and Elizabeth Ropp, cousins of the bride, chimes. Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory charmeuse gown with a trumpet silhouette and chapel train. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas, peonies and roses accented with green coffee berries and wrapped with a white satin ribbon. Ms. Rebecca Louise Marlowe, sister of the bridegroom, served as maid of honor with Mrs. Rebecca Thacker Curtis as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Ms. Katie Elizabeth Jerald and Ms. Victoria Jean Jones. Dellaney Elizabeth Spigner, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl. The bridegroom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were George Dalton Marlowe and Samuel Galloway Marlowe, brothers of the bridegroom, and James Michael Rowell and Brandon Shane Green. The bride's parents held the reception at The O'Donnell House in Sumter. The bridegroom's parents held the rehearsal party at their home.
