Dunlap, retired Col. and Mrs. Pete Watcher, Ms. Beatrice Bracalente and the late Anthony Bracalente, all of Sumter. She attends University of South Florida College of Nursing. She is a midshipman first class in the Naval ROTC Program at USF and will serve as the battalion commanding officer in the fall 2015 semester. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Hinson of Balm, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Austin Rosner of Tampa. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a bachelor of arts in political science and is pursuing a master of science in finance at University of South Florida. He is employed as a business analyst by J.P. Morgan Chase and is a first lieutenant in the Florida Army National Guard.
