He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of Charleston and a Doctor of Medicine from USC School of Medicine. He is a radiology resident at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. The wedding is planned for Feb. 5, 2022, at The Creek Club at I'On in Mount Pleasant. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Teseniar of Charleston, formerly of Sumter, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Morris of Sumter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Don Teseniar. She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education. She is employed as a fifth-grade teacher at Oakdale Elementary School in Brandon, Mississippi. The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. James Decker of Charleston, and the grandson of Mrs. Ann Blalock and the late Mr. William Blalock of Charleston and the late Mr. and Mrs. Humbert Decker. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and from USC School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine. He is a radiology resident at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Jonathan Teseniar, uncle of the bride, officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Holy City Strings. The bride was escorted by her father. Amber Chavis served as maid of honor.
