Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Horse Branch F.W.B. Church with burial in the church cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Born in Williamsburg County, he was a son of Zelene Evans Robinson and the late Henry Dallas Robinson. He was a retired vocational electrical instructor. He was a member of Horse Branch F.W.B. Church and had coached baseball at East Clarendon and Manning schools. Surviving besides his mother of Manning are his wife, Jill R. Robinson of Turbeville; two daughters, Courtney R. (David) Floyd and Brianne R. (Thomas Jr.) Newman, both of Turbeville; a son, Brooks D. (Melissa) Robinson of New Zion; a brother, D. Wendell (Jeannie) Robinson of Manning; six grandchildren, Brandi Nichole Floyd, Hannah Jane Pappas, "D.J." Pappas, Haley Marianne Floyd, "T." Newman, Robinson Dallas Newman; and another expected grandchild in April. Memorials may be made to Horse Branch Free Will Baptist Church Youth Building Fund.  [1, 2]
