Christmas Sr., died Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter. Born March 25, 1959, in Statesville, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Jay B. Elam and the late Ruby McMillan Elam. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include six children, Tiffany Ferguson (Lance), Kenneth R. “Robbie” Christmas Jr., Brandon A. Christmas, J. Brody Truett (Dymond), Ashton Truett and Sara Christmas (Redd Robinson); eight grandchildren; one sister, Freda Cashion (Joe); two brothers, Wayne Elam and Garry Elam (Lisa); and a number of extended family members. She was preceded in death by a sister, Georgia Elam. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024, in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel officiated by the Rev. Sammy Geddings. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.  [2]
