  Source gives his parents as John Boone II (died by Mar 1677 and married on 24 Nov 1629)to Mary Audrie. John II’s parents are Henry Boone I (birth abt 1564 and died 1637-1638) and married Alice Luscome (died aft 1637). Research of records in England by Debrett Ancestry Research indicates that John Boone (III) was the son of John Boone (II) and Mary Audrie his wife and the brother of Thomas Boone (III), merchant of London. John Boone (III) and Thomas Boone (III), merchant of London were, therefore, brothers. Joseph Boone (IV), son of Thomas Boone (III) and Sarah his wife, is, therefore, the nephew of John Boone (III).
