| HIST | DORIS M. WILLIAMSON KINGSTREE - Mrs. Doris McClary Williamson, 71, widow of Henry Caulder Williamson, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, in Tidelands Community Hospice House in Georgetown. Mrs. Williamson was born in Salters on Jan. 14, 1939, a daughter of the late Louie Brown and Marie McCutcheon McClary. She graduated from Kingstree High School, attended Columbia College and was a member of First Baptist Church and Joyful Rainbow Sunday School Class. "Miss Doris" was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Raising her boys and spoiling her grandchildren, Ashley, Will, Anne and Lizzie, was her greatest enjoyment. She delighted herself in working in her yard, watching college football and baseball, especially the Clemson Tigers. Heartfelt thanks go to the family, many friends and caregivers that cared for her during her brave fight with cancer. Surviving are her three sons, Hank (Beth) Williamson, of Kingstree, Dickey (Michele) Williamson of Manning and Walt (Carole) Williamson of Salters; four grandchildren, Ashley Jarrett of Kingstree, Will and Anne Williamson of Manning and Lizzie Williamson of Salters; her brother Claude (Esther) McClary of Salters; and her special cousin Mildred Small of Kingstree. Funeral services conducted by the Rev. Dr. David Dinkins and the Rev. Dr. Steve Williams will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday in Kingstree First Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Williamson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Williamsburg Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 400 N. Academy St., P.O.
