She graduated from Central Carolina Technical College with an associate’s degree in nursing. She will begin her employment with Clarendon Memorial Hospital in September. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marion Gresette Patrick of St. George, and Mr. and Mrs. John Lewis Heaton of Reevesville. He graduated from Central Carolina Technical College with an associate’s degree in natural resources management. He is employed as a habitat manager by the South Carolina Waterfowl Association.
